Arriving punctually
Please arrive on time.
Late arrivals may forfeit the table or prevent late guests from enjoying full Rodizio service, out of respect for other reservations.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be charged.
Place allocation
Places are assigned by us according to the logic of the Rodizio concept.
Duration & operation Rodizio
During busy times, a target time applies.
Our service is via set rounds; not all meats are offered at the same time.
Food Waste
We ask for conscious enjoyment.
Excessive or intentional food waste can be charged.
Coats & personal property
Due to continuous table service, there is a risk of soiling.
👉 Hanging coats over chairs is done entirely at your own risk.
The restaurant cannot be held liable for damage to personal property.
Own food & drink
You are not allowed to bring your own food or drink.
Taking food from the restaurant is not allowed and is not part of the Rodizio concept.
Children & safety
Children always remain under parental supervision and stay at the table with the parents because of hot dishes and skewered service.
Pets
Not permitted except recognized assistance dogs.

Parking in front of the restaurant is allowed for permit holders only.
We ask our guests to use nearby public parking lots, such as:

Parking Indigo Zuiderplein
Parking Indigo ‘t Zuid / Zillion
On-street paid parking and zone control often apply.
Payment
One bill per table applies.
Checkout per person is not possible.
Alcohol Policy
We do not serve alcohol.

We ask our guests to be respectful of our staff and other guests so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant experience.
